Religious questions

Q: Religious questions?

*Christian beliefs*
Do you get judged before you walk to Heaven or are you put on a path and follow it? What is heaven concerning all the different beliefs that people have? When you are judged do you physically meet Jesus? Will you see your family in Heaven?

I was just wondering about these things.

ANSWERS:
Q: Do you get judged before you walk to Heaven or are you put on a path and follow it?

A: You CHOOSE a path, hopefully in response to God’s grace. Judgment determines how well your “path” matched up with the one that God had in mind for you.

Q: What is heaven concerning all the different beliefs that people have?

A: Heaven is where God dwells, with his angels and his saints. We know little more about it.

Q: When you are judged do you physically meet Jesus?

A: As far as we know, yes. Some will wish it was not so, since judgment may not be pleasant.

Q: Will you see your family in Heaven?

A: It would be inconceivable for our loving God, who has both a mother and a father, as well as his very own aunts, uncles, cousins, and the like, to eternally separate us from our own loved ones.

The likelihood is that we truly will come to know and love ALL those who came before us, since the beginning of time.

All this is based on a Catholic view of things.

Go Wichita! Save the Catholic Schools!

Go Wichita
Save the Catholic schools.
By William J. Bennett

One of the notable events of Pope Benedict’s recent visit to the United States was his address to Catholic educators.

While he focused most of his comments on the role of the Catholic University, he did not forget to remind us of the need to recommit to our Catholic elementary and secondary schools, “especially those in poorer areas.” And as President Bush is set to convene a summit on inner-city children and faith-based schools this week, it is worth reflecting on the decimation of America’s urban Catholic primary and secondary schools and what can be done about it.

“Expelled” – the movie – 6th place so far, for documentary films.

EXPELLED: NO INTELLIGENCE ALLOWED

“Expelled” – the movie – 6th place so far for documentary films.

Shows how teachers and professors get fired and have careers ruined because they believe in God and challenge Darwin.

We have been fed propaganda for many years and they get away with it.

Everyone must see this film.

Pass it around.

There’s a small minority of atheists out there and they are winning.

Pass it around – go see it.-

I saw it – scary – it’s scary what happens when liars control the
media. Through the Internet we can fight them.

Notes on a recent address by Professor Peter Kreeft – How to Win the Culture War

Dr. Peter Kreeft: “We are living in a spiritual Hiroshima”

“During World War II, I.G. Farben GmbH of Germany made Zyklon B, the gas used to kill so many in the gas chambers. Today, a French successor company to I.G. Farben makes the abortifacient RU-486. Either the face of evil has changed little, or the devil has a limited range of business contacts.”

“Since the Middle Ages, humanity has been on a slow, ever-ascending upward slope of becoming smarter, healthier, and more technologically advanced, while, at the same time, being on a slow, ever-descending slope of becoming weaker morally.”
