So what to do, when research gives us answers we don’t like, but we’ve been trained to believe that human nature is just a bundle of biological impulses and evolutionary drives?
Sorry, women of DoubleX. You have only one choice: become a Catholic. The more we learn about how human beings are made, the more you have to admit it. The Catholic Church is right about everything.

I didn’t believe it either! In fact, I thought it was more than impossible at one point in my life, regarding the church as completely apostate, and perpetuating a false gospel that could be easily disproved by reading one’s Bible. My gosh, I just can’t believe it. God’s grace is amazing, and the more I studied the Catholic Church, the more I discovered that they were right on virtually EVERYTHING: calling priests “father,” [1 Cor 5:14-15] confessing sins to a priest (in the power of Christ) [John 20:23 / 2 Cor 5:19-20], the Eucharist [Jn 6:47-65 / 1 Cor 10:16 / 1 Cor 11:22-23], and the Communion of Saints [too much to list here 🙂 ]. I just couldn’t believe it. The more I studied everything, especially the Church Fathers, the more I saw that the Catholic Church is truly Christ’s Church, established 2,000 years ago. It goes without saying that this Church won’t compromise on truths given to it (Jn 14:16 / 1 Tim 3:15) on topics of birth control, abortion, homosexuality, female pastors, etc., These topics are extremely unpopular to defend, and mainline denominations largely avoid them to sidestep controversy, but the Catholic Church stands like a rock in an a wayward shoreline; they don’t tell people what they want to hear, and and they certainly don’t perpetuate “meeting God on your terms.” They haven’t changed their doctrine of faith in 2,000 years!!
This church is the ONLY Church which still condemns the use of contraception, in an era when it’s widespread use is not only acceptable but celebrated — the ONLY Church! Why? Why would this Church denounce something so popular if they were out to gain converts? For the Catholics, it’s better to lose ALL OF ENGLAND than let one man divorce his wife 🙂 It’s literally become what Christ said it would in Matt 16:18 “You are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it.”
Believe me, I couldn’t believe it either!
