Media firestorm: Duck Dynasty star tells the truth about immoral behavior – homosexual and otherwise.

Speaking with GQ, Robertson lamented that when “everything is blurred on what’s right and what’s wrong … sin becomes fine.” So just what qualifies as sinful in his book?

“Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there — bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men,” he declared.

Phil probably should have cut himself off at this point, but instead he paraphrased Corinthians. “Don’t be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlers — they won’t inherit the kingdom of God,” he warned. “Don’t deceive yourself. It’s not right.”

What’s more, according to him, it’s basically incomprehensible. “It seems to me, a vagina — as a man — would be more desirable than a man’s anus,” he explained. “That’s just me. I’m just thinking, ‘There’s more there! She’s got more to offer.’ I mean, come on, dudes! You know what I’m saying? But hey, sin: It’s not logical, my man. It’s just not logical.”

Editor’s note: The lynching by militant perverts of all variations is tentatively scheduled for tomorrow. Let’s see who has the “guts” to stand up and defend him.

  1. “Let’s see who has the “guts” to stand up and defend him.”

Perhaps The Advocate’s “person of the year” will…

    …Nawwww!

  2. That Corinthians Verse paraphrased….is all, I’ve ever needed, to say who will enter the Kingdom Of God! No Pervert or Tyrant will change my mind about Homosexuality!
Duck Dynasty is correct, and they have ,many supporters!
If God be FOR US, Who can be Against Us???

  3. Phil has now been fired by A&E, the DD network. I urge DD fans to henceforth boycott the show. Let’s see what effect ratings going into the tank will have on A&E. (The Robertsons will do just fine, no matter what.)

However, I can’t help but wonder—at this early stage of the game—whether or not the unfired Robertsons will issue an ultimatum on Phil’s behalf to A&E. This flap could get much more interesting PDQ.

    • IT’s all over the media,” Such Intolerant Belieths!” Last night on Megan Kelly’s Show, her guest proclaimed he was a Gay Jew, thought the words, of Phil, on DD were HATEFUL, and quoted scripture “Love Thy Neighbor!”
      Such a Gentile PC Ranger!
It’s a Matter of Time, before preaching the Bible, will be Hate Speech! Phil Roberson, may be the Guinea Pig! A Dynasty, is a better example, to BRING DOWN! 🙂

  4. This just in. Worth reading the take of a contrarian “gay” writer on the mainstream “gay” media crucifixion of Phil Robertson.

  5. To answer my own wonderment, above, it appears that the rest of the Robertson family will not continue with A&E without Phil. Plus, well-known “gay” writer and social critic, Camille Paglia, has called the uproar against Phil “utterly fascist, utterly Stalinist.”

    • Mark,
This is really doing a dis-service to the Gay Agenda!
This may Wake Up the “Sleeping Giant”…People who believe in Christ, who know Homosexuality, is against God!
Hey, we love the Sinner, but hate the Sin!
No Judgement, Here, leave it ,up to Higher Judge….God All-Mighty!

      • “Gay” vs “straight,” Christian vs post-Christian, politically incorrect vs politically incorrect: In this case, these conflicts are all secondary to the fundamental choice to be made here, which is God or Mammon.

To put it another way: If the rest of the Robertson clan chooses to go forward on A&E’s terms (i.e. sans Phil), they—along with A&E—would be choosing Mammon. Would the show retain its record ratings, and the revenues that go along with that, without Phil? That would be the gamble. I would bet on diminished success, at best, under those circumstances.

Ironically, if A&E blinks and the Robertsons have their way (having, essentially, issued a Godly ultimatum), then Mammon likely scores big, too, as a result. That is, the show continues with all of its God-fearing cast and its winning formula intact, drawing likely more viewers than ever, and making more money than ever.

The entertainment world is, indeed, strange.
