The massive, consistent, wide-ranging incompetence of Biden and his administration, along with all their other “bad acts” suddenly make even the wildest conspiracy theories seem plausible

Authored by Victor Davis Hanson,

As the nation sinks inexplicably into self-created crisis after crisis, debate rages whether President Joe Biden is incompetent, mean-spirited, or an ideologue who feels the country’s mess is his success…

Fourteen mass shootings at U.S. schools since 1999’s massacre at Columbine High School have killed a total of 169 victims. (AP)

Meanwhile: For 2019, a total of 629,898 abortions (per year) were reported to CDC.

This makes me suspect that the real reason for all the political posturing is something very far removed from any concern for universal justice, fairness, compassion and the common good.

Politics. Go figure!

Archbishop Salvatore J. Cordileone on Nancy Pelosi’s continuing, scandalous position on abortion…

WASHINGTON – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will no longer be able to receive communion in her hometown of San Francisco after the local archdiocese said her vow to make abortion legal crossed a line the Catholic church could not ignore.

In an announcement that he also tweeted out, Archbishop Salvatore J. Cordileone notified Pelosi that her staunch support of abortion and her refusal to personally explain her position to him forced his hand.

“After numerous attempts to speak with Speaker Pelosi to help her understand the grave evil she is perpetrating, the scandal she is causing, and the danger to her own soul she is risking, I have determined that she is not to be admitted to Holy Communion,” he said.

As if the original Christian Pentecost wasn’t good enough

Retired Archbishop Charles Chaput says that we Catholics need a “New Pentecost”, as if the original Christian Pentecost was in some way, inadequate.

What’s really inadequate is the ill conceived, poorly implemented and blasphemous new paradigm, still being foisted on Catholics by modernist bishops, known as “The Second Vatican Council”.

The Archbishop should spend some time studying the Coca-Cola Company’s disastrous, 1985 rollout of “New Coke”.

“Coke” didn’t require fifty years of decline and failure to recognize and reverse their colossal mistake, yet the largely corrupt and spiritually blind Catholic hierarchy is still stumbling around in the dark, to this day, blaming their personal failures on the Holy Spirit.

Saint Paul learned how to deal with and rise above such personal inadequacies, writing about it in 2nd Corinthians, Chapter 12. But, Saint Paul was actually Catholic; he had “guts”; plus, Saint Paul knew and believed that God’s grace is sufficient.

No blasphemous/sacrilegious “New” Pentecost required!

U.S. Government Caused Baby Formula Shortage

In case you were wondering why mothers are no longer able to find baby formula, the primary answer can be summed up in three letters: FDA.

The Daily Mail reports on how the federal bureaucracy prevents children from receiving proper nourishment:

The biggest baby formula supplier in the U.S. has denied its Michigan plant is responsible for the deaths of two children despite the FDA closing it down.

The Abbott Laboratories plant in Sturgis was shut down by the feds in February. There was a nationwide recall of formula, which “has significantly disrupted the supply chain.”

An Abbott spokesperson told DailyMail.com Tuesday that ‘thorough investigation’ by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Abbott revealed ‘infant formula produced at our Sturgis facility is not the likely source of infection in the reported cases and that there was not an outbreak caused by products from the facility’.

However, despite the findings of the investigation, the plant remains shuttered nearly three months later, fueling the nationwide baby formula shortage.

Abbott says there is no problem. But the FDA won’t say when the plant can reopen.

At present, a ruling to overturn Roe hasn’t even been issued; it looms only as a possibility. As for when the ruling may come one way or the other, no one is certain.

And yet, within hours of the mere suggestion that their freedom to legally immolate their own offspring may be curtailed in some parts of the U.S. at some undetermined point in the future, Satan’s minions were out pounding the pavement, waving signs, chanting and howling in protest.

Mundabor’s parable brings today’s Russia/Ukraine conflict clearly into focus

… there is a guy known all over the planet for having an impressive ability to say something wrong, or stupid, or outright heretical every time he open his mouth, which is far too often.

Still, this guy has recently managed to say something that, in fact, makes perfect sense: if you go on poking the bear, don’t be surprised if the bear attacks you.

… In time, the bear got stronger, and more assured of his now growing ability to react to bullying, harassment, and encirclement. 2007 came, and the bear, for the first time, let the world know, from a wonderful city called Munich, that the time of the poking had now come to an end.

The warning was not heeded, because the bear was thought to have the attributes of a kitten. Soon later, in 2008, the bear roared, and the world should, at that point, have paid attention.

But the world – or, better said, those who have appointed themselves it’s Only True Anointed Representatives – did not listen, and kept poking. When, in 2014, the poking took the form of a shameless, open coup d’etat against the bear’s extremely strategic neighbour, the Bear reacted fairly strongly, sending an unmistakeable signal that, unless the poking goes to an end, someone will get seriously hurt. as a result, the Little Friends of the bear were systematically targeted. Fourteen thousand of them were killed in 8 years. The bear was very, very angry.

You would think, at this point, the Only True Anointed Representatives would listen. They did not. Instead, they started to train an attack dog to harass and intimidate the bear.

The Law is the Law

A significant part of the ongoing problem in the Church is the lack of obedience, for any ‘hierarchy’ only works when everyone buys in. A lawless Church militant is an oxymoron, and it is disconcerting when the officers themselves so often don’t seem obey what their own institution – in this case, a divinely-guided one – tells them to do. We are left flummoxed, and are like foot-soldiers who have seen the master-plan of their general, but find their officers flouting it: Do they obey the bishops, or the Church?

Here are just a few examples of laws, decrees and disciplines, that have been formally promulgated, and are binding upon the Church. They are sort of random, and of varying degrees of gravity, some moral, some disciplinary. But the point is how well they are preached, observed and obeyed.

(Not supposed to happen) Key component of the vaccines developed by Pfizer/BioNTech, lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), were found outside the injection site, mainly the liver, adrenal glands, spleen and ovaries of test animals, eight to 48 hours after injection.

“These documents show why many Americans have concerns about whether the novel COVID vaccines that were developed at such an accelerated pace were tested properly and thoroughly,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
