Rabbi Skorka: SSPX “dialogue” quickly progressed from “the Jews killed Jesus” to “the Lord’s Prayer” to “My grandmother died in Auschwitz”.

The Triumphant Messiah – Jesus Christ Coming Again In Glory
(Suggested reading: The Grapes of Wrath – Revelation 14-19)

“The cathedral was full, with people standing, prepared for a profound act of introspection, when a group of about 40 people began to recite from the Christian liturgy, the ‘Our Father,’ and began to hand out little pieces of paper saying that Jews were blaspheming the place,” Skorka said.

Link

Editor’s note: The Catholic SSPX “little brothers”-  obviously attempting to dialogue with their Jewish “Big Brothers” – and preferring something other than the nondescript “profound act of introspection” planned by the “sainted” Rabbi Skorka, decided instead to recite the venerable Lord’s Prayer, inside Buenos Aries’ Catholic Cathedral.

For this, our Catholic SSPX “little brothers” in faith were vilified and spat upon by their Jewish “Big Brothers” and the police were called in.

I don’t know how the Catholic SSPX “little brothers” handled all of the abuse, but I hope Rabbi Skorka (and guests) haven’t been too badly traumatized by the experience – or too severely dehydrated, from all that spitting!

Some reports indicate the Catholic SSPX “little brothers” also prayed the Rosary while inside the Cathedral. I can only imagine the horror!

The Catholic SSPX “little brothers” also allegedly dialogued with their Jewish “Big Brothers” about the fact that the Holy Gospels put the lie to the currently popular claim that Jesus Christ was put to death by unknown assailants – so it’s no wonder some of those present might have been a bit upset.

As for the SSPX “little brother’s” alleged claim that their Jewish “Big Brothers” – conducting a non-Catholic service inside a Catholic Cathedral – were blaspheming/are blasphemers – I refer you to the Talmud – the ancient Rabbinical commentary typically held by some/many/most (?) Jews to be an even higher authority than the Old Testament canon of scripture.

Reading directly from the Talmud, it’s clear that anyone who accepts and supports its’ extremely offensive teachings -offensive to Christians, Jesus Christ and the Blessed Virgin Mary, anyway – is most certainly both a blasphemer and anti-Christ – and has absolutely no business “profoundly introspecting” inside a Catholic Cathedral, where the Real Presence of Jesus Christ is typically reserved.

Check out for yourself the scurrilous Talmudic claims regarding Jesus Christ and his Blessed Mother.

Two ill considered papal acts: 1) Pope Francis’ bowing to a Muslim queen; 2) JPII’s kissing of the Koran

Both send the wrong message, diminish the Catholic faith and show a fundamental lack of respect for Jesus Christ, his Church and the Holy Office of the papacy.  Similarly offensive are the Pope’s visits to Jewish synagogues and support for Zionist organizations and causes. Why? Because none of the above are considered part of the People of God and all are clearly anti-Christ and anti-Catholic, according to New Testament biblical standards – no matter how some choose to misinterpret the words of Nostre Aetate:

1 John 2:20-29 But you have the unction from the Holy One and know all things. (21) I have not written to you as to them that know not the truth, but as to them that know it: and that no lie is of the truth. (22) Who is a liar, but he who denieth that Jesus is the Christ? This is Antichrist, who denieth the Father and the Son. (23) Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father. He that confesseth the Son hath the Father also.

(24) As for you, let that which you have heard from the beginning abide in you. If that abide in you, which you have heard from the beginning, you also shall abide in the Son and in the Father. (25) And this is the promise which he hath promised us, life everlasting. (26) These things have I written to you concerning them that seduce you.

(27) And as for you, let the unction, which you have received from him abide in you. And you have no need that any man teach you: but as his unction teacheth you of all things and is truth and is no lie. And as it hath taught you, abide in him. (28) And now, little children, abide in him, that when he shall appear we may have confidence and not be confounded by him at his coming. (29) If you know that he is just, know ye, that every one also who doth justice is born of him.

This new pope reminds me more and more of Barack Obama – and that’s not a good thing!

How Muslims interpret JPII kissing the Koran

Everything you probably never wanted to know about the false god of the “New Age”

Throughout the history of Western occultism, the name of the mysterious Baphomet is often invoked. Although it became commonly know name in the twentieth century, mentions of Baphomet can be found in documents dating from as early as the 11th century. Today, the symbol is associated with anything relating to occultism, ritual magic, witchcraft, Satanism and esoterica. Baphomet often pops up in popular culture to identify anything occult.

A study: What we can possibly know (with some degree of certainty) about the Anti-Christ

antichristcloseup

It is on the unquestionable authority of miracles that the truth of the Christian religion is established and believed by all those who are sincere seekers of the truth.

This impostor will make use of the same means to create objections against the Church of God.  According to St. Paul, his event will be signalized by numerous signs and prodigies due to the operation of Satan; he will work all kinds of miracles, signs, and deceitful prodigies, whose “coming is according to the working of Satan, in ail power, in signs and lying wonders, and in all seduction of iniquity to them that perish,” (2 Thess, 2:9-10].  And we are told in the Apocalypse [13:13) that great will be the things which he will do to deceive mankind. “And he did great signs, so that he made also fire to come down from heaven unto the earth in the sight of men,” The same is said of him by the evangelist when he speaks of false prophets and false Christs. [Math. 13:22), “For there will rise up false Christs and false prophets and they shall show signs and wonders to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect”.

Holy Writ furnishes three examples of the miracles that will be wrought by Antichrist: “He shall cause first to come down from heaven,” (Apoc, 13:13).  “He shall make the beast speak,” (Apoc, 13:15), And finally, he will pass for being dead (Apoc. 13:3), and then he will, as it were, raise himself to life, thus securing the admiration and homage of all men.  The holy Fathers are very explicit on this point and give many details on it.  St. Clement, in his workentitled Third Book of Recognitions, a work on which we may rely as being authentic in spite of the rude attacks made upon it, relates as coming from St. Peter himself that the accursed man will have power to perform miracles of beneficence like those of Our Saviour.  St, Hipollytus, in his work on the consummation of time, does not hesitate to affirm wonderful things which he apparently held from apostolic tradition.  He will heal lepers, make the lame to walk, cast out demons, raise the dead to life.  He will know the most secret and hidden things.  He will move mountains, walk on the waves of the sea, turn day into night, and vine versa.  He will direct the course of the sun at will, and finally, appear as being the master of the elements.

He will therefore appear as having performed miracles similar to all those wrought by Jesus Christ, in order to eclipse His glory and purloin to his own advantage the honors due to the true Messiah.  But St. Paul warns us that all those miracles, so numerous and striking will be the work of deception.  “Therefore God shall send them the apparition of error to believe lying” (2 Thess. 2:11).  Those miracles will be deceptive in their origin, deceptive to their nature, deceptive in their form, deceptive in their object.  Reason and faith, assure us that God alone can perform genuine miracles.  “Blessed be the Lord and God of Israel, who alone doth wonderful things”.  (Ps. 71:18).  Hence we are sufficiently warned that those miracles which Antichrist would attribute to his own divinity are the work of Satan, the father of lies, who performs – and cannot perform any other than – false miracles.

The greater part of those prodigies will be optical illusions and diabolical charms.  Men shall be deceived by appearances, hence the reason why the Scriptures say that he will work miracles before the eyes of man and not in the sight of God (Apoc, 13:13).

Some of them, it is true, will surpass all human power and will be materially prodigious.  This, however, is not to be wondered at.  In the hierarchy of beings, man is naturally inferior to the angels, even to the fallen angel, who has preserved his natural qualities.  The devils are able to do things which are impossible to man, yet their deeds are miracles relatively and not absolutely, since it does not belong to the province of any created being to perform a miracle properly so called; this requires the intervention of divine power, which belongs to God alone. Consequently, of this latter order of miracles, Antichrist will perform none, although some of his prodigies, such as raising the dead to life, which he will seem to do, must have all the appearance of true miracles.

A “blueprint” for the coming end of days, based on the prophesies of Catholic saints

palehorse

Well, let me lay this out for you in very simple terms.  The good ol’ days ended a long time ago, long before any of us were born, and long before anyone alive today can remember.  Would it surprise you to learn that our time was prophesied centuries ago with alarming accuracy?  Here, let me give you an example…

After the year 1900, toward the middle of the 20th century, the people of that time will become unrecognisable. When the time for the Advent of the Antichrist approaches, peoples minds will grow cloudy from carnal passions, and dishonour and lawlessness will grow stronger. Then the world will become unrecognisable. Peoples appearances will change, and it will be impossible to distinguish men from women due to there shamelessness in dress and style of hair. These people will be cruel and will be like wild animals because of the temptations of the Antichrist. There will be no respect for parents or elders, love will disappear, and Christian pastors, bishops, and priests will become vain men, completely failing to distinguish the right hand way from the left. At that time the morals and traditions of Christians and the Church will change. People will abandon modesty, and dissipation will reign. Falsehood and greed will attain great proportions, and woe to those who pile up treasures. Lust, adultery, homosexuality, secret deeds and murder will rule in society.

— St. Nilus, 430 AD

If any man come to you and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into the (WHITE) house nor say to him: God speed you. For he that saith unto him: God speed you, communicates with his wicked works.

by Doug Lawrence

So here we are, in the Land of the Free, Home of the Brave … apparently looking at one of two choices for the upcoming Presidential election:

1) A radical Marxist, Muslo-Christian abomination of a man who has already proved himself to be one of history’s worst presidents … although he remains one of the most accomplished political tap-dancers, panderers, and shameless liars the world has ever known. (And I do mean “known” … in the biblical sense.)

 2) A hugely successful (in financial terms) Mormon business man who (unfortunately) chooses to follow a “strange christ” that cannot be the Jesus Christ who personally founded the Catholic Church, some 2000 years ago … since the Mormon “christ” is of a totally different origin and descent … and supports a sacred writ of very dubious origin … which is the antithesis of the true-God inspired, Holy Bible.

What is a good Christian supposed to do?
St. John has a few suggestions:

And this is charity: That we walk according to his commandments. For this is the commandment that, as you have heard from the beginning, you should walk in the same: For many seducers are gone out into the world who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a seducer and an antichrist.

Look to yourselves, that you lose not the things which you have wrought: but that you may receive a full reward. Whosoever revolts and continues not in the doctrine of Christ hath not God. He that continues in the doctrine, the same hath both the Father and the Son.

If any man come to you and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into the (WHITE) house nor say to him: God speed you. For he that saith unto him: God speed you, communicates with his wicked works. (2 John 1:6-11)

(For those unfamiliar with scripture, I inserted the above reference to the (WHITE) house … for effect … since it was clear to me that something had obviously been lost, in translation.)

The words of the late, great, General George Patton
also come to mind:

Reporter: Sir, did you say if you found your army
between the Germans and the Russians (Obama and Romney?!)
you’d attack in both directions?
Patton:
No, I never said that.
I never said any such thing…
but I wish I had.

Note to Secret Service people: I realize you’re very busy, as of late. The above reference to comments by the late General George Patton is not intended to encourage a physical attack on anyone … whether mentioned here by name … or not. This is a purely political argument, meant to register dissatisfaction with the choices currently offered. Any “attack” will rightly be done in the political arena … in a totally non-violent manner … and at the ballot box, come November.

End Times

A Catholic Look At the AntiChrist

Editor’s note: Odds are … when the appointed time for the actual end time events arrives, things will indeed come upon us like “a thief in the night” … with all of the prophesied events happening one after the other, in rapid sequence … much as hundreds of Messianic prophesies were fulfilled in the short span of time between Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday.

An example (from history) of how these things work can be seen here.

Why abortion is “anti-christ”

John 10:9-10 I am the door; by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and go out, and shall find pasture. The thief cometh not, but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.

A Catholic look at the Anti-Christ

Looks like Jesus …
directed and empowered by Satan …
promoted by the False Prophet.

“As in Christ dwells the fullness of the Godhead so in Antichrist the fullness of all wickedness. Not indeed in the sense that his humanity is to be assumed by the devil into unity of person …, but that the devil by suggestion infuses his wickedness more copiously into him than into all others.” -St. Thomas Aquinas (Summa III:8:8)

“Yet many Christians will remember that this was all foretold of Antichrist for centuries past and perceive the fraud of Satan and refuse to be deceived. They will stand firm and enlighten the faint-hearted and console them.” -Bernadine Von Busto

Jimmy Akin, Barack Obama, and the Antichrist

Antichrist center/right. Satan behind. False prophet at left.

There’s a meme going around certain quarters that Republicans are nuts because a massive number of them believe that President Obama may be the antichrist.

I first encountered this on the Drudge Report, which linked to the British paper the Daily Mail, which has a story headlined:

Almost a quarter of Republicans think Obama ‘may be the Antichrist’ as 14 states sue over healthcare reforms

Here’s the entirety of what that article has to say on the antichrist subject:

Nearly a quarter of Republicans believe the Democrat president ‘may be the Antichrist’, according to a survey.

That’s it! No link to the original poll. No clue about how it was run. Nada!

Who is going to save our Church?

sheen

Who is going to save our Church?

Not our Bishops,
not our priests and religious.
It is up to the people.
You have the minds, the eyes,
the ears to save the Church.

Your mission is to see that
your priests act like priests,
your bishops like bishops,
and your religious act like religious.

“Truth”

The world is rapidly being divided into two camps,
the comradeship of anti-Christ and the brotherhood of Christ.
The lines between these two are being drawn.
How long the battle will be, we know not.
Whether swords will have to be unsheathed, we know not.
Whether blood will have to be shed, we know not.
Whether it be an armed conflict,
we know not.
But in a conflict between truth and darkness,
truth cannot lose.

Christians- When do you think the tribulation will begin?

Q: Christians- When do you think the tribulation will begin?

A: Based on what little we can glean from scripture: The great tribulation will begin some three and one half years after the anti-christ comes to power, shortly after he claims to be God, “proves” it with lying signs and wonders, and somehow brings an end to the worldwide daily sacrifice of the Mass.

The exact date remains known only to God.

For many insights into how all of this will transpire, see the Book of Exodus and the Book of Ezekiel.

The Book of Revelation and the Book of Daniel don’t actually reveal much, by way of specific details.

The important things to remember, in order to avoid being deceived by anti-christ, should this event occur during your lifetime: The Anti-Christ will come BEFORE the real Jesus returns … and nobody … not even the devil … has the power to “fake” the Resurrection … where EVERYONE who ever lived receives brand new, glorified, Resurrection bodies … just like the one Jesus already has.

Disclaimer: “Your mileage may vary.” (Nobody can be absolutely sure about their understanding of all this.)

Pope Benedict on the Feast of the Assumption

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

In his great work “De Civitate Dei,” St Augustine says once that the whole of human history, the history of the world, is a struggle between two loves: love of God to the point of losing oneself, of total self-giving, and love of oneself to the point of despising God, of hating others. This same interpretation of history as a struggle between two loves, between love and selfishness, also appears in the reading from the Book of Revelation that we have just heard.

Here, these two loves appear in two great figures. First of all, there is the immensely strong, red dragon with a striking and disturbing manifestation of power without grace, without love, of absolute selfishness, terror and violence.

At the time when St John wrote the Book of Revelation, this dragon represented for him the power of the anti-Christian Roman Emperors, from Nero to Domitian. This power seemed boundless; the military, political and propagandist power of the Roman Empire was such that before it, faith, the Church, appeared as a defenceless woman with no chance of survival and even less of victory.

Who could stand up to this omnipresent force that seemed capable of achieving everything? Yet, we know that in the end it was the defenceless woman who won and not egoism or hatred; the love of God triumphed and the Roman Empire was opened to the Christian faith.

Q: Are you prepared if the end times happen in your life time?

Q: Are you prepared if the end times happen in your life time?

I believe that most people don’t think the end times will happen in their lifetime. How do they know that? Even Jesus doesn’t know the date and time. We have been in the beginning of the end times since 1948, when Israel became a nation. We are closer to Jesus breaking the first seal than we realize, and people are not prepared. Most churches are not preparing their congregations like they should be. How will you endure the anti christ if you do not know your bible. It is not enough to just believe in Jesus Christ as your lord and savior. You have to know your bible to not be fooled.

A: Since everyone is sure to experience death, OR to experience the 2nd coming, OR possibly even both … we should always be prepared.

That’s the whole purpose of our participation in the Church.

I wouldn’t be too sure about 1948 and Israel being any type of a definite “mark” of the end times, though.

St. Peter’s definition of the “last days” as delivered on Pentecost, under the direct inspiration of the Holy Spirit, is a bit broader than yours:

Act 2:14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all [ye] that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:
Act 2:15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is [but] the third hour of the day.
Act 2:16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

Act 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days,
==================================

saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
Act 2:18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
Act 2:19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
Act 2:20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:
Act 2:21 And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Act 2:22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:
Act 2:23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:
Act 2:24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.

The “last days” began on Pentecost, and nobody knows when Jesus will return.

Those who believe that Israel’s reemergence has something to do with it have been consistently wrong since at least 1967, and they are still “revising” their false prophesies, to suit.

Better to concentrate on the grace, truth, and love of Jesus, than to wildly speculate about that which no man can know … at least until the authentic and unmistakeable “signs” appear.

Only one thing’s for sure … anti-christ comes first, deceiving the whole world.

Then tribulation.

Then the real Jesus returns.

And when the real Jesus comes again, nobody will be able to mistake his coming for anything else.

What did Jesus say we should do?

Luk 21:35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
Luk 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Second Coming of Jesus Christ?

christtheking.jpg

Q: Second Coming of Jesus Christ?
How will Christians (specifically ‘western’) respond to coming of Christ, I mean to say that one day some Middle Eastern man comes to fulfill the prophecy, he would have some trouble just getting through those Isreali checkpoints, and wait till the Americans hear of it, would they respond with JDAMs fearing him a threat or what? just curious because of all the fear from MEs…no disrespect meant.

A: Two things are certain about the 2nd coming:

1) The ANTI-CHRIST will come first, deceiving the whole world.

2) The 2nd coming of the REAL Jesus Christ will be unmistakable … JDAMS or not.
