Now closed scandalous Virginia abortion mill turned office building into branch office of hell.

Eaton Place Associates, LLC, filed suit against Nova’s owner, Mi Yong Kim, in 2011 seeking to terminate its lease because the abortion business created a nuisance. Court documents state the abortion business created such an unpleasant environment that other tenants were leaving the building.

One court document stated the following indicated that that other tenants had to endure abortion protests along with “patients and visitors of [Nova] loitering in hallways, individuals vomiting in the bathrooms or common areas in and around the building, and female visitors carried from the building in an apparent state of unconscious…This is the reality created by NOVA.”

In fact, Operation Rescue worked with local activists to document medical emergencies at Nova and filed a complaint against Kim, who continued to operate the abortion business even though she had her own medical license revoked in 2007 after killing a patient during an abortion.

Texas Report: Women are subjected to a variety of abortion abuses as a matter of routine.

Operation Rescue President Troy Newman announced in March the results of the investigation, which was conducted with the help of the pro-life group Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust.

“Our investigation focused on what the average woman would experience if she sought an abortion in Texas, and how the abortion clinics appeared and operated on an everyday basis,” said Newman.

“From what we found, women are subjected to a variety of abortion abuses as a matter of routine. Violating the law is standard operating procedure for abortion clinics in Texas,” he added.

Operation Rescue Supports Father Pavone of Priests for Life

Operation Rescue has released the following statement supporting Father Frank Pavone of Priests for Life, who is being prevented from exercising his duties as the national director of the pro-life organization:

Fr. Frank Pavone of Priests for Life is one of the most respected and effective leaders in the Pro-Life movement today. We were saddened and confused by the order of Bishop Patrick Zurek to suddenly confine Fr. Frank’s priestly duties to Amarillo, Texas. It makes no good sense to remove him from the mission field while children continue to die at the hands of unscrupulous abortionists.

“I can think of nothing the abortion cartel would want more than to have Fr. Frank sidelined at this critical time when the pro-life movement is gaining ground and poised to finally end abortion,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman.

“The attack on the good name of Priests for Life and Fr. Frank Pavone in particular is shocking to say the least. Priests for Life’s books are a matter of public record. I would expect this kind of slanderous attack from someone at Planned Parenthood or NARAL, but not from a bishop in the Church. This is a very sad day for the innocent unborn.

“We have labored alongside Fr. Frank throughout the years and know him to be a humble yet determined and faithful man of the highest integrity. It is hard to understand why Bishop Zurek would make such outrageous public accusations against him, casting a shadow where none should be. I can’t help but think of the Scriptures that say we should do to others what we would want done to us. Certainly Bishop Zurek would not want his reputation besmirched with unfounded accusations as he has done to Fr. Frank. Perhaps he should have considered that before acting out with such a heavy hand.”

Operation Rescue offers reward for turning in law-breaking abortionists

This bold new plan we’ve created will accelerate the number of times that abortion mill workers come forward and report on the serious violations and sick crimes that take place routinely inside the government-protected abortion mills.

To put it simply, we’re going to entice these folks to turn on each other and turn in the violators.

This, in turn, will allow us to get the evidence we need to put the abortionists out of business—for good.

How will we entice them?

With a simple, straightforward REWARD.

New Article Reveals Connections Between ND Trustees, Obama

Political paybacks and attempts to shift faith institutions to the left is behind Obama invitation

Commentary by Operation Rescue

South Bend, IN – A new article published May 10 at reveals connections between members of the Notre Dame Board of Trustees and President Barack Obama, which may explain much about why a devout Catholic institution would ignore Church teachings and major public outcry to honor the most pro-abortion president in U.S. History.

One example listed in the exposѐ is that of the Chair of the Notre Dame Trustees, Richard Notebaert of the Chicago area. Notebaert’s wife, Peggy, also a luminary in the Notre Dame community, runs the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, which received federal funding earmarked by then Senator Barack Obama. One of Obama’s “key” fundraisers, Frank Clark, served on the museum board at time the funding was received.

The article goes on to reveal other such connections. We frankly find the Board’s links to Obama and other leftist causes shocking, considering that these “Trustees” are supposed to be guiding a religious institution whose spiritual foundations are antithetical to such causes.

It could be that Notre Dame President, Fr. John I. Jenkins, doing little more than obeying a directive from the left-leaning Board of Trustees. More focus should be placed on exposing the Trustees that have ties to Obama, who could be paying him back for political favors with the Notre Dame appearance.

Obama has long claimed to be a Christian, but his actions have frequently been at odds with Biblical teachings, even to the point of mocking them. The Notre Dame appearance, like his appearances at Rick Warren’s church, serves to manipulate those of faith into accepting his radical liberalism, which is cloaked by the tacit approval of so-called religious leaders.

Obama understands that if those of faith were to rise up en masse in vocal opposition to him and his leftist, pro-abortion policies, his presidency will suffer and any hope for a second term will disappear. Perhaps that is why “hate-crimes” legislation has been introduced, and why peaceful pro-life advocates have been placed on Homeland Security watch lists with the hope of intimidating his most vocal opponents into silence. Invitations from heretofore respected religious institutions help further diffuse his opposition. did a great service by revealing the truth about the Notre Dame Board of Trustees. It revealed a deeper problem at the university than simply one controversial invitation. It is time for that institution to clean house at the highest levels, or risk complete corruption at the hands of those who working to undermine its religious foundations.

And it is time for those of faith to become ever more outspoken against the Culture of Death that Obama is trying to establish in our country, and expose his not-so-subtle efforts to manipulate and silence us. If we don’t, it may be that soon, we will not be able.

Christians Deported After Tiananmen Square Arrests, Return Safely to U.S.

Christians Deported After Tiananmen Square Arrests, Return Safely to U.S.

August 8th, 2008

Los Angeles, CA – The three Christians arrested in China yesterday have arrived safely in the United States after being deported for speaking out about oppression in China.

Rev. Pat Mahoney, Brandi Swindell, and Michael McMonagle were detained after Chinese police broke up a press conference in Tiananmen Square where the group was attempting to speak out against China’s forced abortion policies, religious persecution, and other human rights violations. (See video of their arrests.)

The three were taken into custody and spent several hours at a Beijing police station where their cell phones were disabled and they were threatened with lengthy jail sentences. Authorities demanded that they pay $2,000 apiece for immediate plane tickets out of China. The group refused, stating that they had done nothing wrong.

Supporters in the United States became concerned after having no communication from the group for over 24 hours.

Eventually, the Chinese government paid for the tickets and put the three Americans on an Air China flight back to Los Angeles with only a plastic bag of personal items. The rest of their luggage remains in China.

The three Christians arrived in Los Angeles at 7:00 PM Pacific Time to a group of cheering supporters.

“We are relieved that these brave Christians have returned to freedom safely,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. Operation Rescue had provided support for the group’s prophetic outreach to China.

“We are proud to stand with these courageous Christians, who were willing to risk their freedom to speak out on behalf of those who have none. The world heard the message loud and clear that basic human freedoms must be restored in China, if that nation is ever to take its place as a leader in the world,” said Newman. “The barbaric practices of forced abortions and sterilization, and the persecution of Christians and other people cannot be accepted or tolerated.”

Planned Parenthood Accused Of ‘Extensive, Organized Fraud’

Planned Parenthood Accused Of ‘Extensive, Organized Fraud’
Operation Rescue renews its call for a federal investigation and halt to all federal funding in light of revelations that Planned Parenthood illegally bilked taxpayers out of $180 million

Los Angeles, CA – A story published online Saturday by the California Catholic Daily reveals that a former Planned Parenthood employee secretly filed a Federal lawsuit against the abortion giant alleging that “affiliates knowingly engaged in a criminal plot to fleece state and federal taxpayers out of more than $180 million over the course of at least six years.”

The suit was filed in 2005, but details only recently became public. In the suit, Victor Gonzalez, who served as Vice President for finance and administration for the Los Angeles affiliate of Planned Parenthood, claims that when he attempted to bring illegalities he discovered to his superiors, he was fired from his job.

“In light of this new revelation that Planned Parenthood could be committing financial fraud that has cost taxpayers over $180 million, Operation Rescue renews its call for a federal investigation and a halt to funding of Planned Parenthood affiliates across the nation,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman.

“In order to receive federal tax dollars, groups must comply with all state and federal laws. That appears not to be the case in California and in other states, such as Kansas,” said Newman. “We have again contacted elected representatives in California and Kansas, asking for their attention to this urgent matter.”

Operation Rescue previously called for investigations and a halt to funding when Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri was charged with 107 criminal counts of illegal abortions and making false reports to the state. Twenty-three of those charges are felonies. That case is progressing.

“There are increasing reports of alleged illegalities at Planned Parenthood organizations that are surfacing across the nation,” said Newman. “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. There are far too many credible allegations to dismiss them as rumor. When Planned Parenthood Vice Presidents start blowing the whistle, it’s time to listen and take action.”
