The President Obama – Pope Francis Meeting. Both sides are probably lying.

Last week’s Obama – Pope Francis meeting lasted for more than an hour and included a number various Obama Regime officials. The Regime claimed that they concentrated on “social justice issues” while the Vatican said it was all about religious liberty.

Odds are, it was really about Russia, Syria and Iran – and trying to get the Vatican to “butt out” this time – so the Regime might be able to avoid further embarrassment.

No matter what was actually discussed behind closed doors, it was a slam-dunk win for the President, since any time a U.S. President gets a photo op standing next to a popular pope, it’s invariably good for at least a few points in the polls.

Today, President Obama praised Roe v Wade as a great moment in history for women.

“We reaffirm our steadfast commitment to protecting a woman’s access to safe, affordable health care and her constitutional right to privacy, including the right to reproductive freedom.  And we resolve to reduce the number of unintended pregnancies, support maternal and child health, and continue to build safe and healthy communities for all our children. Because this is a country where everyone deserves the same freedom and opportunities to fulfill their dreams.”

President Obama’s Christmas message – with a few very important Catholic corrections

The President had this to say at the lighting of the National Christmas Tree: 

“Each Christmas, we celebrate the birth of a child who came into the world with only a stable’s roof to shelter Him,” he said. “But through a life of humility and the ultimate sacrifice, a life guided by faith and kindness towards others, Christ assumed a mighty voice, teaching us lessons of compassion and charity that have lasted more than two millennia. He ministered to the poor. He embraced the outcast. He healed the sick. And in Him we see a living example of scripture that we ought to love others not only through our words, but also through our deeds.” “It’s a message both timeless and universal — no matter what God you pray to, or if you pray to none at all — we all have a responsibility to ourselves and to each other to make a difference that is real and lasting,” he continued. “We are our brother’s keeper. We are our sister’s keeper.”

Now for a few very essential Catholic criticisms and revisions to the above:

Jesus Christ, the 2nd Person of the Holy Trinity, came into the world and assumed human flesh, along with a human soul, according to the divine plan and power of God, his Father, in order to redeem mankind from sin.

Taking on human flesh and becoming like us in all things, except for sin, Jesus is true man. Yet Jesus never ceased to be God. 

During his earthly existence, Jesus led a totally sinless life of humility and sacrifice, compassion, mercy and healing – because God is love – Jesus Christ is God and Messiah – and anything to the contrary is simply not a part of his awesome divinity – nor part of his sinless, perfect, totally incorrupt humanity.

By merely being himself, Jesus Christ fulfilled everything that was written about him in the the prophetic biblical volumes of the Law, the Psalms and the Prophets. Only God could do that! Research this for yourself, if you don’t believe me. Just make sure you actually do the work!

Jesus – complete with his glorified and resurrected human body and soul, which is now eternally united with his Divine Spirit – is enthroned in Heaven, at the right hand of God the Father, as King if Kings and Lord of Lords.

Jesus has absolute power over all things in Heaven, on Earth and under the Earth – and he promises to come again, at the end of time, to judge the living and the dead.

The same Jesus is also the head of the Catholic (Universal) Church and it is only by Jesus’ name – according to God’s grace, in faith – that any man might hope to be saved from eternal death and Hell.

So be nice, if it makes you feel better – but remember that corrupt, tin-horn politicians like Barack Obama – who want to “keep” you – actually intend to oppress you – while God’s loving plan is one of unbridled, genuine peace and true, personal freedom.

So reject all of Barack Obama’s “slick” worldly nonsense, “reasonable” advice and other vain deceits and put all your trust in Jesus Christ and the only Church he ever founded, authorized, empowered and eternally guaranteed, for the purpose of our eternal salvation – the Catholic Church!

The only sure and certain hope of making a difference that is real and lasting (for your eternal soul and the souls of your loved ones) is membership in the Catholic Church – which typically begins with the Sacrament of Baptism – followed by a lifetime of fervent prayer and religious studies, along with full, faithful and regular participation in all of the Church’s other authentic work, worship, sacraments and devotions.

Nothing less is likely to get the job done,
but miracles do occasionally happen,
if you think God might be willing to make an exception,
just for you! 

The main thing Jesus came to do was set people free from the eternal oppression of Satan, sin and death – so that we humans might – one day – be able to once again enjoy eternity in Heaven, with God – without having to put up with lies, obfuscations and other inane chatter from shameless demagogues, like Barack Obama.

Jesus succeeded.

Such is the reason for our joy.

Oprah’s inexcusable, racist comments about mature white people and the United States

During an interview Friday on BBC promoting one of her movies, Winfrey argued that America was full of racists.

“There are still generations of people, older people, who were born and bred and marinated in it, in that prejudice and racism – and they just have to die,” she stated.

Winfrey went on to say the president is a victim of racism. “I think that there’s a level of disrespect for the office that occurs – and that occurs in some cases, and maybe even many cases, because he’s African-American,” she said.

The article was putatively about the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.’s March on Washington. However, it hailed the socially liberal views of young people, women, and minorities – the same groups President Obama appealed to during the 2010 and 2012 campaigns.

“You know, when Trayvon Martin was first shot, I said that this could have been my son,” Obama said somberly during a surprise appearance in the White House briefing room. “Another way of saying that is Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago.”

In searingly personal terms, Obama described his experience with race-based prejudice. “There are very few African-American men in this country who haven’t had the experience of being followed when they were shopping in a department store—that includes me,” he said.

Editor’s note: Anyone who enters a department store as part of a “gang” is likely to be followed – no matter the color of his/her skin. Mr. Obama and the other members of his teenage “choom gang” were likely so spaced out from smoking dope that his recollection of the events of those days should be considered “sketchy” – at best.

The President ought to talk about the Eugenic roots of his favorite issue – birth control and abortion – which was foisted upon the American people by the U.S. Government as the cheapest (and therefore the best) way to minimize racial problems – through a long-term targeted program of government sponsored genocide.

Top Ten Reasons Why Obama is Not Satan

The Internet is abuzz with the fact that Satan on the History Channel’s The Bible miniseries, which has gotten great ratings, looks a tad like Obama if Michele gets him to go on a veggies only diet.  I really don’t see much resemblance but it does give us a good excuse to look at the top ten reasons why Obama is not Satan:

1.  Hell has never run a deficit.

2.  Satan, whatever his other manifest evils, has never voted present.

3.  Satan resides in Hell and Obama resides in Chicago.  (A small difference I concede.).

4.  Satan is the prince of liars, while Obama is at most an archduke of liars.

5.  Satan to my knowledge has never eaten dog.

6.  Satan has never used a teleprompter as far as I know.

7.  The people of the United States have never elected Satan as President, although if God were running as a Republican and Satan as a Democrat in Cook County, I would not like God’s chances.

8.  Satan has never attempted to have the Catholic Church pay for birth control.

9.  Satan gets almost as bad press in the Mainstream Media as the Republican party.

10.Satan does not have a second in command as dimwitted as Biden.

Art imitating life? Obama regime not happy with portrayal of the Devil on History Channel Bible series.

The actor who plays the devil on the History channel’s “The Bible” bears more than a passing resemblance to President Obama, a fact that hasn’t gone unnoticed on social media.

So, was it intentional? Responding to the speculation, the History released a statement saying, “History channel has the highest respect for President Obama. The series was produced with an international and diverse cast of respected actors. It’s unfortunate that anyone made this false connection. History’s ‘The Bible’ is meant to enlighten people on its rich stories and deep history.”

January 10, 13 (LifeSiteNews.com) – President Obama will be inaugurated for his second term in Washington D.C. on January 21, and two groups of pro-life activists have vowed to be there to “expose” the president’s extreme record on abortion.

Operation Rescue and Created Equal are co-sponsoring a protest that will see pro-life activists holding graphic abortion signs at two locations in the city. At the same time trucks plastered with pro-life billboards will drive through the streets of the city.

The billboards show a photo of an unborn baby aborted at 15 weeks accompanied by Bible verses reading either, “Rescue those being led away to death,” or “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves.”

From 10:00am – 12:30PM, the protesters will be located at Union Station at the intersection of Delaware Ave NE and Columbus Circle NE. Then, from 1:30PM – 4:00PM, they will be at the US Navy Memorial Plaza, at 701 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington, DC.

Michelle Obama lies when she claims her husband tells the truth

President Obama has just released a new web ad, in which he he claims to be a defender of religious freedom and a great admirer of the of faith in our public life.

I take great encouragement from President Obama’s latest web ad—not because I believe a word he says, but because it shows that our massive, grassroots campaign to stop Obama’s HHS Mandate and restore religious freedom is working.

President Obama realizes he’s vulnerable on the religious freedom issue. It shows he’s worried—and he should be, especially with the next wave of nationwide Stand Up for Religious Freedom rallies coming on October 20, just 17 days before Election Day.

If President Obama really valued the role of faith in public life, he wouldn’t be trying to force employers to violate their religious convictions. He wouldn’t be willing to see institutions like Christian Colleges and Catholic Hospitals shut down rather than submit to a mandate that forces them to violate their core values.

Obama’s record shows that his “unwavering commitment” isn’t to religious liberty, but to the radical pro-abortion agenda of Planned Parenthood.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s investigation determines Obama birth certificate is a fake.

Mike Zullo, the posse’s chief investigator, said numeric codes on certain parts of the birth certificate indicate that those parts weren’t filled out, yet those sections asking for the race of Obama’s father and his field of work or study were completed.

Zullo said investigators previously didn’t know the meaning of codes but they were explained by a 95-year-old former state worker who signed the president’s birth certificate. Zullo said a writer who published a book about Obama’s birth certificate and was aiding investigators let them listen in on an interview he conducted of the former state worker.

The Obama campaign declined to comment on Arpaio’s allegations.

Fortnight for Freedom Issue #12: President Obama’s lack of grace will surely lead to the downfall of his particular regime.

It’s historically clear that the majority of the Founding Fathers of the United States truly believed in God and were indeed “cultural” Christians. It’s also true that most of the Fathers were, as is President Obama, anti-Catholic in their particular attitudes and personal beliefs. So, the stark difference in world-view between the original framers of the U.S. Constitution and President Barack Obama likely has little or nothing to do with the Catholic Church, itself.

The Founding Fathers were men who benefited from a traditional classical education, where God, country, family, property, human rights and personal responsibility were recognized as the cornerstones of modern Western civilization. Their subsequent actions reflected their particular beliefs, and the results were nothing less than astounding. In fact, the world has yet to discovered any acceptable substitute.

President Obama’s life journey, belief system and personal world view (from what little we actually know of him, for sure) is the antithesis of the traditional American experience.

The man grew up in foreign lands, he never had any real family or property, he was raised by strangers (some were very strange, indeed), and he was eventually adopted, educated, groomed and promoted by the band of political radicals, perverts and terrorists that presently make up large portions of the membership of the socialist Democratic Party of the United States, which is itself dedicated to supporting and promoting the most radical political agenda the world has ever seen … except perhaps, for a few particularly unfortunate European countries and a handful of communist dictatorships.

President Obama claims to be a Christian, but the fruits he inevitably produces and promotes are not good ones. He stocks his cabinet with radical secularists who promote vice over virtue and the rights of man over God. He stacks the courts in much the same way, and Congress evidently goes along. He looks like a regular family man, with a wife, a dog, two kids and a steady job, but he governs like a radical, perverted, communist dictator who cares little for anything but himself and his particular radical ideology.

The only reasonable explanation for all of this is a profound lack of grace.

Saint Paul tells us that God provides all of us … even non-Christians … with sufficient grace to do what God expects:

And he said to me: My grace is sufficient for thee: for power is made perfect in infirmity… (2 Corinthians 12:9)

When we choose to cooperate with God’s Grace … the wonderful free gift of totally undeserved mercy, goodness, power and wisdom … more is “automatically” provided as necessary, from God’s infinite abundance.

In addition to the actual, physical, easily observable results of that grace, a certain physical and spiritual transformation of the individual also typically occurs. Virtue becomes prized. Vice is summarily rejected. Faith in God “blooms”. Absolute truth is recognized and promoted. Hope for the future (with God’s continued help) proliferates. Love abounds (the charitable kind … not the morally empty, free and cheap kind), human dignity is cherished and affirmed, and the world becomes a better place.

So, if these United States are not in better shape than they were four years ago, the most likely cause is failure to cooperate with God’s grace. Failure of the people in the church. Failure of the people in government. Failure of the people in the corporations. Failure at the highest levels of leadership … particularly this strange President, who appears to actually have so little in common with the people of the United States.

Probably the best example of what happens when we choose to ignore God, reject his grace, and rely only on ourselves can be found in Exodus, chapter 7. Crack open your Bible and take a peek.

In the mean time, referring to the Book of Matthew, Chapter 7, verses 15-20:

Beware of false prophets, who come to you in the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. By their fruits you shall know them.

Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, and the evil tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can an evil tree bring forth good fruit.

Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit, shall be cut down, and shall be cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits you shall know them.

President Obama betrayed progressive Catholics.

The fact is President Obama betrayed progressive Catholics who stuck their necks out for him. In his 2009 commencement address here, Obama pledged to “draft a sensible conscience clause” into laws and regulations put forward by his administration, and to respect the religious liberty of those who disagree with him on abortion. If he had kept that promise, there would be no lawsuit today.  Instead the president put pro-abortion politics ahead of his promise — and his actions united Catholics of all political persuasions in opposition to his actions.

The “accommodation” Obama announced in February was not an effort to reach a compromise.  It was a transparent effort to re-divide Catholics.  At first, it appeared to work. Jenkins initially called the accommodation a “welcome step toward recognizing the freedom of religious institutions” — a quote the White House immediately posted on its Web site. But Notre Dame quickly asked the White House to take down the quote and soon joined with others in filing suit to stop the mandate.
