A physician explains why she is refusing to participate in Obamacare

Doctor-Obama-300x276

“All Your Labors Are Belong to Us!”

…Obamacare, the “law of the land”, contains ever-changing-at-the-whim-of-HHS, politically-expedient mandates, rewards, penalties, rules and regulations with which I cannot rationally or morally treat my patients and run a practice, much-less interpret, implement, or comply.

Millions of Americans have lost coverage because of the healthcare law and must now shop on a defective, insecure government website and sign up for more expensive policies through Federal and State exchanges. Only by logging in as a prospective patient did my office manager and I discover that Aetna was selling plans for which I am a provider-effectively selling my services without even asking, much less informing  me that my services would be sold on such a site, under the auspices of new terms with which I will not comply.

Then, after the fact, I received a form letter informing me of Aetna’s “new allowables”. I will not sell my services under such terms. While treated as such, patients and doctors are not commodities worthy of such impersonal, inconsiderate, and cavalier treatment. We choose dignity and personal service over disrespect and form letters…

Buenos Aries Cathedral Protest: A reaction of faithful who are scandalized.

buenos_aires_cathedral460

Ed: – For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. (2 John 1:7)

The Argentina cathedral once again hosted the inter-religious ceremony on Tuesday, November 12th, during which a small group of around 50 Catholics prayed the Rosary before the evening’s ecumenical event began. One of the men also took the opportunity to use an open microphone to denounce the inter-religious act in a Catholic cathedral.

In reaction, some members of the audience stood up and repudiated the rosary-praying Catholics to their face, even spitting on them. Buenos Aires Archbishop Mario Poli attempted to appeal for calm in the cathedral saying: “Let there be peace. Shalom,” while urging everyone to retake their seats for the inter-religious ceremony that would be led by Rabbi Abraham Skorka.

The police eventually arrived, at which point the protestors calmly left the cathedral while singing the Salve Regina.

Excerpt From the Vatican document MORTALIUM ANIMOS ENCYCLICAL OF POPE PIUS XI ON RELIGIOUS UNITY

…This undertaking is so actively promoted as in many places to win for itself the adhesion of a number of citizens, and it even takes possession of the minds of very many Catholics and allures them with the hope of bringing about such a union as would be agreeable to the desires of Holy Mother Church, who has indeed nothing more at heart than to recall her erring sons and to lead them back to her bosom. But in reality beneath these enticing words and blandishments lies hid a most grave error, by which the foundations of the Catholic faith are completely destroyed.

5. Admonished, therefore, by the consciousness of Our Apostolic office that We should not permit the flock of the Lord to be cheated by dangerous fallacies, We invoke, Venerable Brethren, your zeal in avoiding this evil; for We are confident that by the writings and words of each one of you the people will more easily get to know and understand those principles and arguments which We are about to set forth, and from which Catholics will learn how they are to think and act when there is question of those undertakings which have for their end the union in one body, whatsoever be the manner, of all who call themselves Christians.

Catholic Canon 212 Alert: Respectfully demand “No Sainthood for Pope John XXIII.”

John23no

Canon 212.3 states: “According to the knowledge, competence, and prestige which they possess, [the faithful] have the right and even the duty to manifest to the sacred pastors their opinion on matters which pertain to the good of the Church and to make their opinion known to the rest of the Christian faithful, without prejudice to the integrity of the faith and morals, with reverence toward their pastors, and attentive to common advantage and the dignity of persons.”

Contact the Pope

Pope Francis has no public email address. The Pope’s regular mailing address is:

His Holiness, Pope Francis
Apostolic Palace

Ask Pope Francis to cancel his plans for the canonization of Pope John XXIII. If the Pope can happily accede to the wishes of “the Jews” – delaying the cause for sainthood of Pope Pius XII – there’s absolutely no reason he can’t honor the wishes of a few million faithful Catholics, regarding Pope John XXIII – who was apparently unable to understand the meaning of the common phrase, “If it ain’t broke – don’t fix it!” (Italian: “Se non è rotto – non aggiustarlo!”) (Latin: “Si fractum non sit – noli id reficere.”)

Cardinal Dolan can’t just laugh this one off.

cardinal

Cardinal Dolan Has Taught Us A Few Important Things In The Last Few Weeks. In the last few weeks Cardinal Dolan, through his spokesman Joseph Zwilling, has been doing a lot of teaching by word and deed.

His Eminence, Timothy Cardinal Dolan, has let the Church know pro-abortion New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is a Catholic in good standing.

The world has also found out the Archdiocese of New York is paying for abortions and contraception for thousands of its employees.

The Cardinals spokesman has rather heartlessly described the abortions and contraception the Archdiocese provides as “services” and excused the Archdiocese paying the bills for these “services” because they write the checks “under protest.”

We have many lessons we can learn from these situations.

Editor’s note: Someone better take a close look at what’s going on in Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, and other similar sized urban areas. This church scandal is just beginning to break!

Cardinal Dolan bans ten filthy homosexuals and their supporters from Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.

Cardinal Timothy Dolan today used the NYPD to prohibit from Sunday worship services gay Catholics and their allies by barring their entry into NYC’s historic St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the iconic home of the Roman Catholic Church in New York.

The small group of silent Catholic protestors were threatened with arrest by a New York City Police detective — unless they first washed their hands.

The ten Catholics, who are LGBT and not LGBT, and even parents of LGBT people, were responding to Cardinal Dolan’s April 25 blog post, “All Are Welcome!,” which tells gay people who wish to participate in the Catholic faith, you must first “wash your hands!” They labeled their actions today a “Dirty Hands Vigil.”

Recent protests should come as no surprise in the homosexual enclave known as Detroit.

The controversy over the rights of gay Catholics is heating up in the Detroit area.

This afternoon, supporters of gay Catholics gathered for a prayer vigil in front of the Archdiocese of Detroit’s chancery headquarters. They prayed to protest Archbishop Allen Vigneron’s comments last month that Catholics who support gay marriage or unions should not present themselves to receive communion.

Link

Editor’s note: There’s no reason for controversy. “Gay” Catholics have all the same rights and responsibilities as other Catholics.

But after a generation of rampant pro-homosexual church leadership in Detroit, it’s only natural to expect a few protests when a faithful Catholic bishop finally decides to proclaim the obvious truth and issue a call for repentance.

Corruption of this type is hard to root out, especially when many Catholics no longer understand … and often, don’t even care … what the Church teaches … and why.

Promoting and seeking the approval of others for grave sin is itself a grave sin … most especially when the Holy Eucharist is unworthily and sacrilegiously received.

What’s so hard to understand?

Thousands to March to Supreme Court on January 25

Washington, D.C. – On Friday, January 25 the March for Life Education and Defense Fund will host its annual Washington, D.C. event to coincide with the 40th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision on abortion.

Full report: Today’s Chicago protest against Illinois Civil Unions Law

May 27, 2011 (CHICAGO) (WLS) — People on both sides of Illinois’ new civil union law took to the streets of downtown Chicago Friday in dueling protests.

The Americans for Life group protested the Illinois law on civil unions and kicked off a statewide petition drive to legally define marriage as being between one man and one woman. The rally started at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in the Loop.

“The civil unions bill has been shoved down our throat without the people having a chance to vote on it,” said Richard Walsh of Americans for Life.

“I am outraged that these people over here would desecrate a church run by Franciscans with their bigotry and their hatred this is not about holding up the sanctity of marriage,” said Rick Garcia. “It is against gay people pure and simple.”

“We are not shouting hate, we are praying for them,” said Tommie Romano. “And that’s what we do: we pray for them.”

10 Reasons Why Homosexual Marriage Is Wrong

1- It’s not marriage because procreation is impossible.
2- It violates the natural law of sexual purpose.
3- It always denies children either a mother or a father.
4- It promotes the homosexual lifestyle, known to spread the deadly disease AIDS.
5- It turns a moral wrong into a civil right.
6- It does not create a family, but rather a naturally sterile union.
7- It defeats the interest of government in promoting the family unit in society.
8- It imposes it’s acceptance on society, forcing Christians to violate their faith.
9- It’s another incremental step in the sexual degradation of society.
10- It GRAVELY offends God, our Creator.

Protest the IL Civil Union Bill Friday, May 27, 2011 in the Loop

Protest the Civil Union Bill

Friday, May 27, 2011 in the Loop

Stand up against the cowardly passage of Bill 1716. Meet outside the entrance of St. Peter’s Church at 110 W. Madison Ave., Chicago, at 11 a.m. and march to the Thompson/State of Illinois Center

DID YOU KNOW

It’s time! We the People, Members of the greater Generation, the Depression Generation, must show we are willing to unite just as every man and woman of America did in World War II. United as one to defeat the Proponents of Communism and Fascism who were out to control the lives of the Free World. We must defend the Christian Values we hold dear. We can’t wait for others to lead us, as they are showing us minimal leadership and are unwilling to die for their moral beliefs. Are they going to sit out the Culture War, where our enemies are trying to intimidate us, and teaching our children and beautiful grandchildren that homosexuality is normal and must be accepted by passing Civil Union Bill 1716 and demanding we change the definition of Traditional Marriage to accommodate their ungodly behavior.

It’s time to say NO, we will not dilute the Family unit created by God and we won’t give up our moral values as did Illinois’ Politicians, the Judas of today, who sell their souls to the Devil in exchange for a few pieces of silver.

Join with Americans for Life on Friday, May 27th, 2011 at the entrance of St. Peter’s Church at 110 West Madison Avenue, Chicago, IL at 11 AM and march to the Thompson/State of Illinois Center to protest the cowardly passage of Civil Union Bill 1716.

To help mobilize for the event and to help offset the cost of our sound truck, signs, flags and promotional material, PLEASE send a donation to Americans For Life, P.O. Box 963, Westmont, IL 60559.

Support St. Paul-Minneapolis Archbishop Nienstedt in his support of the family

Archbishop John Nienstedt refused to allow the Holy Mass turn into a political protest. A group of 25 activists who are opposed to the Catholic Church’s teaching on marriage wore rainbow sashes at a Mass celebrated by the Archbishop.

Not only did these protesters attend Mass wearing these sashes, but they tried to receive Communion despite publicly denouncing Church teaching. The protest organizer told the media: “We were making a statement during the Eucharist.”

The Archbishop of Saint Paul-Minneapolis would not allow the protestors to “make a statement” while receiving the Holy Eucharist. Archbishop Nienstedt refused to offer Communion to these activists who had already publicly announced their dis-unity.

These protesters told the media that their protest was spurred because Archbishop Nienstedt sent out DVDs which explained the Church’s position on marriage to 400,000 Catholics in Minnesota. The Archbishop has been under attack for defending the Church’s position on marriage since the DVDs were mailed out (at no expense to the Church) in late September.

Show your support and thank Archbishop John Nienstedt for refusing to allow the Holy Eucharist be used in a political protest.  Thank this courageous bishop for standing strong for marriage as a union of a man and a woman.
