Now we know what it means: The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

Antifa reportedly tried to invade the suburbs in Yucaipa, California, on Tuesday but the situation went south for them real quick after being confronted by locals.

“Antifa was ran out of town as quickly as they came in.” (video and story)

Gun ban dilemma: When seconds count … the police are only minutes away.

The Church has always held that it is legitimate to defend one’s life and/or property against an unjust aggressor, and it is equally legitimate to defend someone else’s life and/or property on the same grounds, even if that defense were to result in the loss of the aggressor’s life.Contrary to the assertions of the anti-gun folks, “gun-free zone” legislation is actually counterproductive, and potentially lethal to those it is designed to protect.

Editor’s note: The primary job of the police department is to enforce the laws made by the government. Protection of the people is merely incidental. Don’t believe that? Google the Rodney King riots. Alternatively, do some research on the history of police activity in every modern dictatorial/totalitarian regime, from Russia to Nazi Germany, to Iraq.

Liberal’s worst nightmare: Even a child can see that the latest gun ban arguments are 1000 times more applicable to banning abortion.

Bill of Rights

by Doug Lawrence

The right to bear arms is specifically included in the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, while the “right” to abortion remains only a cruel fabrication of those who have elevated personal, irresponsible and unlimited sexual license above everything else.

The billions … probably trillions … of Homeland Security dollars that were “allocated” to states and municipalities all across the country, based on politics and alleged fairness, rather than likely exposure to terrorism, could have been used to properly secure every school in the country, but instead, they were squandered on spiffy new surveillance systems, cars, boats, trailers and trucks, as well as many other totally unnecessary law enforcement assets and projects.

Now the “libs” want to to demagogue the school violence issue in order to achieve a few minimal and totally ineffective gains for their gun control agenda.

But, you say …
if the life of only one child is saved …
it will be worth it!

How about instead, we ban abortion … and save the lives of 3000 innocent children every day!

Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan: A pro-life Catholic with a sharp pencil.

Some details on the young congressman who is the chief architect of the Republican’s government spending reform plan:

Republican Congressman Paul Davis Ryan has represented Wisconsin’s first House district since 1999, and in his sixth term he began to emerge as the new face of the Republican Party. Despite the heavily Democratic demographic of his home district, Ryan ran as a conservative in 1998 and won, beating the Democratic favorite by 15 percentage points. Before running for Congress, Ryan worked for several conservatives, including Sen. Sam Brownback and former housing secretary Jack Kemp. In 2009, Ryan offered conservative alternatives to both the 2010 Democratic Budget and Obama’s health care reform plan.

Sotomayor response indicates she is either a bad liar or an unqualified fool

Judge Sotomayor and Senator DeMint

“When I asked if an unborn child has any rights whatsoever, I was surprised that she said she had never thought about it,” Sen. DeMint reported. “This is not just a question about abortion, but about the respect due to human life at all stages, and I hope this is cleared up in her hearings.”

“Those who serve on the highest court in America must have an unwavering commitment to the Constitution and equal justice for all Americans,” he said.

Sen. DeMint also expressed concern about her views on the Second Amendment, which protects the right to bear arms.

On June 2, Sotomayor had a meeting with Sen. Diane Feinstein (D-CA), who supports legalized abortion. After the meeting, Sen. Feinstein said she felt comfortable that Sotomayor supports the Supreme Court decision Roe v. Wade as a precedent.

The nominee also met with Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) on June 3. A supporter of abortion, Wyden told reporters he was “very pleased” that Judge Sotomayor has indicated in the past that she possesses “a great respect for precedent,” Politico says.
