Shocking violence and depravity from San Francisco pro-aborts

Police Had to Form Human Shield Around Pro-Lifers to Protect Them From Abortion Activists

Playing politics with dead babies on the streets of San Francisco

On Tuesday, Supervisor David Campos introduced a resolution that would put the board on record opposing the banners, which read  “Abortion hurts women” and were put up last month in anticipation of a January 25 antiabortion rally.

Editor’s note: More than half of all aborted babies are female, and the mothers endure pain, suffering, abuse – and even death – at the hands of the abortionists. So it’s abundantly clear that abortion hurts women.

Of course, this isn’t the first time San Francisco politicians, who falsely claim to be concerned about public health, have weighed in on the wrong side of things. That type of thing is already a time-honored tradition in “Sodom by the Bay”.

Retreat will emphasize integrating leather and spirituality – CANCELED

leather rosary

A leather Rosary – probably not what they have in mind

“Join us August 30 to September 2nd, 2013 (Labor Day weekend), for a joint retreat with Dignity/San Francisco at a retreat center near Sacramento. The first two days of the retreat we will be with those attending from the Dignity chapter, followed by a third day that will emphasize integrating leather and spirituality. The retreat will be lead by a Catholic priest who works with Dignity.”

The Defenders are an integral part of Dignity, and have been affiliated with the group since 1981. The webpage of Dignity SF’s webpage also publicizes the retreat, and says the retreat master will be Father Tom Bonacci. Father Bonacci has led a number of retreats for DignitySF.

Editor’s note: Kind of gives a whole new meaning to the term “retreat master” – doesn’t it?

Asiana Airlines crash debacle: NTSB plus KTVU equals offensive SNAFU.

Sum Ting Wong, Wi Tu Lo, Ho Lee Fuk and Bang Ding Ow

(Reuters) – The National Transportation Safety Board apologized on Friday after an intern mistakenly confirmed to a local television station racially offensive fake names for the pilots of an Asiana flight that crashed in San Francisco.

“The National Transportation Safety Board apologizes for inaccurate and offensive names that were mistakenly confirmed as those of the pilots of Asiana flight 214, which crashed at San Francisco International Airport on July 6,” the NTSB said in a statement.

“Earlier today, in response to an inquiry from a media outlet, a summer intern acted outside the scope of his authority when he erroneously confirmed the names of the flight crew on the aircraft,” the NTSB said.

50,000 Pro-Lifers March Against Abortion in San Francisco

The ninth annual Walk for Life West Coast rally at Civic Center Plaza filled the plaza with 50,000 pro-life people publicly showing their opposition to abortion as they walked the two miles from City Hall to the Ferry Building.

The peaceful pro-life walkers traveled through the heart of the city’s shopping and financial districts. More than to 50,000 participated, organizers estimated.

Jesus wasn’t female – so there are no female Catholic priests. Jesus wasn’t homosexual – so there are no … oops!

The Archdiocese of San Francisco has placed a Menlo Park pastor on leave for “a boundary violation” after he admitted to following a 17-year-old boy into a clothing store dressing room, prompting a police investigation.

Although police later determined no crime had been committed in the April 19 incident at a Ross Dress For Less store in San Francisco, archdiocesan officials told the press that Fr. William Myers, pastor of St. Raymond Church in Menlo Park since 2007, has been suspended while the archdiocese’s Independent Review Board considers the case.

Fr. Myers is also undergoing treatment for “sexual addiction,” archdiocesan officials said.

Record-breaking turnout at Walk for Life West Coast

Under flawless skies and amid warm temperatures, the Seventh Annual Walk for Life West Coast in San Francisco on Saturday, Jan. 22, exceeded even the organizers’ expectations. KTVU television reported that at least 50,000 pro-lifers attended the event, and the San Francisco Police Department confirmed that the 2011 Walk was the largest ever.

Although Catholic in origin, the Walk attracts members of many religious denominations, as well as pro-life non-believers.

Only in San Francisco, only with a gay and/or minority “victim,” only with a male defendant, could choking a rapist pass for “Murder in the Second Degree with Use of a Weapon.”

In contemporary San Francisco, a heterosexual military male can no more expect justice than a black man could in Jim Crow Alabama.

This December marks the fifteenth consecutive Christmas Steven Nary will have spent in the bowels of the California correctional system. The state has guaranteed him no fewer than three more and possibly as many more Christmases as there are years in his life — all of this for a “crime” that would not have even come to trial in most American cities.

San Francisco politics: Sodomy = Good. Happy Meals = Bad.

Over 25,000 homosexual men have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS in San Francisco since the epidemic began. Homosexual behavior among men accounts for 85-89 percent of HIV/AIDS cases in that city, so there’s not a big mystery about what’s causing this disease. And despite antiretroviral drug treatments, the lives of those infected are gravely impacted and often shortened.

Rectal gonorrhea and syphilis among male homosexuals is also high in the city by the Bay, along with intravenous drug use.

So of course the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in no way discourages dozens of “gay” bath houses, bars and sex clubs with names like Steamworks and Eros, and sex-drenched street events like the annual Folsom Street Fair, attended by thousands of nude, cruising homosexual males.

Instead, they are cracking down on Happy Meals.

Protect Marriage, the coalition of religious and conservative groups that sponsored the ban, said it would immediately appeal the ruling to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

“In America, we should uphold and respect the right of people to make policy changes through the democratic process, especially changes that do nothing more than uphold the definition of marriage that has existed since the founding of this country and beyond,” said Jim Campbell, a lawyer on the defense team.

More Jesuit Wackyness in San Francisco

On November 3, 2008, the online newsletter of the Jesuit California province announced the opening of an art gallery in the eastern alcove of St. Ignatius Church in San Francisco.

Said the newsletter, “St. Ignatius Church, a Jesuit parish in San Francisco, celebrated the opening of its new Manresa Gallery on September 18. Formed by four interior alcoves, which previously housed confessional boxes, the gallery is a permanent testament to St. Ignatius of Loyola’s Composition of Place… In keeping with Ignatius’ understanding that his Constitutions or governing rules for Jesuits would include old principles and new ones, the gallery’s philosophy is to include both traditional religious works and contemporary art in a series of changing exhibitions. Commissioned pieces will enhance the dialogue that take places on a larger scale within the ritual space of the church. Manresa Gallery is open on Sundays from 2 to 5 p.m. and by appointment.” The article was written by James R. Blaettler, S.J., Associate Pastor of St. Ignatius.

A few weeks ago, I decided to go to St. Ignatius to take a look for myself. While the museum was closed, I was able to look through the windows to get a glimpse of what’s inside. It was a surprising experience to find an art gallery inside a Catholic Church. It became even stranger when the art displayed was not Christian, but pagan.

Next week, the Democrat-controlled California Assembly is expected to pass “Harvey Milk Gay Day.”

SB 572 would pressure every California government school to teach children to “remember,” “recognize” and “familiarize” themselves with the homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda of the late Harvey Milk. SB 572 would indoctrinate kids as young as five years old. There is no parental consent in the bill.
