Henry Morgentaler: The holocaust survivor who helped inflict the holocaust of abortion on Canada, dead at age 90.

He didn’t mind being hated and to a certain extent, didn’t actually notice it. Politicians, for example, have to develop a rhino hide against criticism, but Henry never did because he was indifferent to the opinions of people he didn’t respect. He always had his pit crew, a women’s rights team that regularly meets to celebrate the anniversary of that stunning 1988 Supreme Court of Canada decision on abortion. But he also had a distance, the dubious gift of knowing that there was nothing worse that life could throw at him.

“I knew I could not save my mother [in Auschwitz in 1944]. But I could save other mothers,” he told me for a 2003 Globe and Mail profile. “It was an unconscious thought. It became almost like a command. If I help women to have babies at a time when they can give love and affection, they will not grow up to be rapists or murderers. They will not build concentration camps.”

Editor’s note: What a bunch of c-r-a-p! What a legacy of death and destruction! What a sad, horrifically misguided soul and totally wasted life!

Planned Parenthood operates as a quasi-governmental agency funded by and completely beholding to godless liberal politicians and their like-minded supporters.

Revealing the truth about the practices of Planned Parenthood is the goal of a new campaign by Alliance Defending Freedom. The campaign, “Pretty Ugly, Planned Parenthood’s deception of the American Public,” is focused around four little-known truths about Planned Parenthood: that they 1) promote sexual promiscuity to children to create a customer; 2) promote abortion and enforce abortion quotas to drive funding; 3) keep health standards and overhead low, putting women at risk, and 4) they commit fraud by wasting and abusing taxpayer dollars.

Shocking undercover video: How abortion is all about killing “it”.

abortion_photo

An 8-minute Live Action undercover video about killing “it”.

How they won’t show you the ultrasound photos of “it”.

How “it” is often already 6-months (24 weeks) along
and usually capable of living outside the womb.

How “it” must be killed while still inside the mother’s womb
or legally … “it’s” murder.

How they lie about “it” not being a real baby.

How poison “laminaria sticks” will be inserted into the mother,
so “it” might be quickly and conveniently killed.

How “it” will be chopped up, while still inside the womb.

How they lie about “it” not being able to feel pain
as “it” is systematically dismembered.

How “it” will be sucked out – piece by little piece.

How “it” will be placed inside a bottle and sent to a lab.

How the special liquid in the bottle
will make certain “it” is completely and totally dead.

How “it” will be disposed of as medical waste … or used for “parts”.

How they don’t inform the mother about her risks
when aborting “it”.

How they lie about the mother finally being through with “it”.

But wait … there’s more!

Birth control pioneer is a classic “anti-hero”

by Doug Lawrence

The classic definition of a hero is one who makes great personal sacrifices in order to save someone.

Jesus Christ, for example, is the greatest hero of all time, since he willingly laid down his life to free mankind from slavery to Satan, sin and death … and to make possible the eternal salvation of all humanity.

Bill Baird, on the other hand, is a classic “anti-hero” – one who made great personal sacrifices in order to facilitate the untimely deaths of countless infants, through contraception, abortifacients, and clinical abortions … and who has also induced countless others into willing complicity.

Mr. Baird certainly had the courage to promote his faulty world view, but to what end? Death! As such, Baird is not only anti-hero, but anti-Christ.

The Associated Press recently carried a glowing retrospective on the curious life and dubious accomplishments of Mr. Bill Baird, who is now 79 years of age.

What a waste!

The Catholic Social Principle of Subsidiarity

One of the key principles of Catholic social thought is known as the principle of subsidiarity. This tenet holds that nothing should be done by a larger and more complex organization which can be done as well by a smaller and simpler organization. In other words, any activity which can be performed by a more decentralized entity should be. This principle is a bulwark of limited government and personal freedom. It conflicts with the passion for centralization and bureaucracy characteristic of the Welfare State.

This is why Pope John Paul II took the “social assistance state” to task in his 1991 encyclical Centesimus Annus. The Pontiff wrote that the Welfare State was contradicting the principle of subsidiarity by intervening directly and depriving society of its responsibility. This “leads to a loss of human energies and an inordinate increase of public agencies which are dominated more by bureaucratic ways of thinking than by concern for serving their clients and which are accompanied by an enormous increase in spending.”

Father Pavone of Priests for Life: Abortion causes unparalleled human devastation.

pflglobelogo

Make no mistake, abortion is the most horrible of all atrocities. Sometimes people in our own Church attempt to trivialize abortion by lumping it together with the other evils of the world – by comparing it with poverty, disease, war, etc. But as the numbers clearly demonstrate, there is no comparison. Since 1973 there have been 50 million abortions in the United States alone. Worldwide, there are 42 million abortions every year. That means that in the last thirty years, there have been over 1.5 billion abortions!

1.5 billion! That’s the equivalent of approximately one quarter of the entire population of the planet! One quarter of the earth’s population, murdered; snuffed out; gone.

There’s a famous poem about Jesus that concludes with the memorable lines: “All the armies that ever marched, all the navies that ever sailed, all the kings that ever reigned, put together, have not affected the life of man upon this earth as powerfully as that One Solitary Life.”

Unfortunately, we can say about abortion:

All the wars ever fought,
All the holocausts ever perpetrated,
All the plagues that ever raged,
All the bombs that ever dropped,
All the famines that ever laid waste to the land, put together,
have not killed the number of human beings wiped out by abortion.
